My Custom club logo

Hi there, i have a custom logo for my club Reading Rovers but i need some help on getting it in the game.Also does anybody know how to get rid of the white background? and do the left & right backgrounds?Many Thanks in advanced. gavin.btw i cant attach the file so here it is:http://i1221.photobucket.com/albums/dd462/gav2085/ReadingRovers.jpg

it is i was using there badge as a template as im no good at designing badges!

use the magic wand and highlight the background and press delete
