For some reason a LOT of italian players make my list this year 
Gino Peruzzi, 1m down, 1.6mil over 48months absolute bargain im rejecting 30mil bids in season 3.
Eduardo Goldaniga 12m, 4mil down, 8mil over 48months, total boss defender, poor mans rugani but ONLY 9 less potential, in some ways better than rugani if your not a fan of ball playing centrebacks.
Nicola Murru, 1.5mil down, 2.9mil over 48months, total bargain, great fullback, very versatile, consistent, great squad player, rejecting 25mil bids in seaeson 3.
Federico Bernardeschi 9.25mil down, 10mil over 48months. seriously amazing player, bale/ronaldo esque, assist machine, he takes the best corners/freekicks from the right hand side ive seen from any player yet.
Andrea Belotti 6.5mil down, 10mil over 48months, goal machine, superb player, looking at 20-30 goals a season guaranteed. sold him for 58mil in the summer after season 2 ended.
Filippo Melegoni between 4.5m and 10mil depending on potential (if they ask higher thats VERY good) he becomes a solid player, great hidden attributes as well, if potential is high(if you pay a fee over 6.75mil then he is hands down a world class player)
Kuki, nothing to say class as last year. 5.25m or so release clause, cant go wrong really.
Mauricio Lemos, IF he has a high min release clause, (anything over 30mil at the start of the game) he is a world class defender end game. but even so in 99% of cases hes superb, you can sometimes pick him up for 3-4mil a few seasons in.
Jesus Vallejo, again IF his release clause is super high he has amazing potential, therefore a must buy for a long term save.
(I was able to buy all these players with a new game with leverkusen and ac milan).
