My FM16 wont load...

It's been stuck on a "Preparing to launch Football Manager 2016..." screen for a while. Does anyone know how to overcome this? Cheers
 
- Clear Cahce,
- ClearPreferences
- Reinstall.

try loading after doing each of those.
