my fm2011 wont come on

hi guys was seeing if any1 had some advice for me ive put the fm2011 in an installed it without a problem but when i try an play the game it says it cant play the game due to being unable to download the graphics

Run the following tool:

Start->Direct-X SDK->Direct-X Utilities->Direct-X Caps Viewer
