my game continues while I don't play...

Hello everybody, I've just recently started playing FM15, I absolutely love it although I have SO much to learn still! But... my biggest concerns right now are:

1. when I don't play for a couple of days, my game semms to simply continue! So the next time I play FM15, time has passed and things have happened! Not always to my likening... How can I change this?

2. I regularly get teams that ask to borrow my young players, I would love to send them off to get more PT and experience, but... I don't even have the option to accept! I can only clivk on decline offer... And in the cases where it is accepted, I simply get the message that my assistent has accepted the offer... Any help??

I can't really help with the first one as i can't say i've ever seen that before.

For the second one though, check your staff responsibilities, you might have your assistant or head of youth development set to deal with transfer/loan offers for your younger players, i think some clubs have it set like that as default so make sure you have it set that you're dealing with them if you want to manage them yourself. 1 - There's an option in game preferences where it says that the game continues after some minutes with no action. Search for it and disable it.

2 - you need to go to personal preferences or staff roles and check in the loans who is in charge. If appears only to decline that's because someone in the club has already accept it.
