Next up is an away trip to 12th place Burton which Dunlop can't wait for after recent comments from Albion manager Paul Peschisolido.
QUICK GOALS SINK BURTON
Two quickfire goals from Karl Hawley and Ben Davies just before half time left Burton Albion speechless. It looked like we were going in for the break at 0-0 till a strike from Ben Davies on the 39th minute and Karl Hawley finished Albion off with a 30 yard shot two minutes before half time. The result left Dunlop with a smile on his face and Peschisolido with anything but. Next up is the one everyone has been waiting for, Notts County Vs Notts Forest.

COUNTY SHOCK AS FOREST FALL FLAT
Championship side Nottingham Forest have been beaten 3-1 by Notts County, there fiercest rivals. County quickly got the game by the throat on the 4th minute with a nicely placed shot from midfielder Jonnie Jackson which completely stunned Forest. Karl Hawley gave them another crucial blow 8 minutes before half time. The ball was picked up by new signing Elliot Grandin in his own box who then ran the full length of the park before laying it into Hawley to slot it home and make County go in comfortably at the break. The second half was rather boring to say the least until the last ten minutes when Forest hitman Nathan Tyson hit forest with a low blow before Forest piling on the pressure. It was a scary ten minutes for County manager Bryan Dunlop before new signing Michael Mifsud who had came on ten minutes before removed all that pressure when he drilled home his debut goal on the 91st minute.

MAGPIES BACK TO WINNING WAYS
Bryan Dunlop was happy with his team's 2-0 win over bottom of the league Macclesfield today. A nice goal from Michael Mifsud and a late goal from Karl Hawley secured the 3 points at Meadow Lane. Dunlop felt the need to leave Hawley on the bench as he wasn't match fit but risked him in the last ten minutes and it payed off. New signing David Wright made his debut and gave a solid performance to help keep a clean sheet.
