I am in 2020/2021, Having played with bigger teams all the way through on this save. I have come accross a few players and tatics that are essential.
I stated with United and sold off most of the team and brought in young players after the first season the team had bonded well. Went on to win 2 Quadruples with Barbosa top scorer. I was using the black pearl tatic.
Moved to arsenal then and again heaviy invested in youth. Switched to a 4123 formation and that is when the goals started banging in.

The tatic lacks width in Midfeild but playing a Direct attacking style counteracts this.
After a few seasons i took the city job. Kept the tactic and it has worked even better.
