My Newcastle Team - Suggestions Please!!

Hi, I started one with Newcastle. I bought:
Emerson - Loan fee £100k
Razvan Rat -Loan fee £500k
Alexis Sanchez - £4m
Cristaldo - £500k
Lewandowski - £1m
Skjelbred - £1.8m
Enyeama - £1m
Oguch Onyewu - £1.8m
Easton - £500k
Jagielka - £6.5m

I sold players like Ameobi, Smith, ****, Jose Enrique and Cacapa

I won 3 out of 4 pre season friendlies beating Hearts 5-1 away in the pick of the results.

I played Bolton at home in my first premier league game. Unfortunately i drew 1-1. In my opinion this is a poor result and if i am to have a successful season then i should win games like this. The formation i use and my first eleven are as follows.

Onyewu challenges keeper on corners
Skjelbred is the playmaker with creative freedom high
Owen or Martins is the target man
Focus passing to both flanks

So, Can you suggest any other tactics i could use, a different formation, new players to sign for january or next summer, players to sell from my existing squad, tutorings i should use (Cristaldo is learning from Owen, Lewandowski from Martins) and any other suggestions you think would help me.

Think You Should Replace Martins For More Of A Targetman

yh buy a better targetman and play him and martins/sanchez up front

oh right cheers, who for a target man then?? i was thinking of Cardozo but he doesn't settle quickly, any other suggestions??

Yeh i thought of getting a new DM but i am low on money and there arnt many great players that are cheap and can play in that position. If you've got one that would be a great help thanks

Cheers mate, your right i need a stronger midfield, but with my low budget i think i'll have to make do for next season. Any suggestions for next summer??(H)
