my player and staff search is not working

my player and staff search isn't working. when i select it i get an error message saying

a serious error has occurred a crash dump has been sent to footballmanager2012/crashdumps

then it exits the game it comes up with steam and says incomplete installation then steam servers are too busy

I had the same issue, changing skins solved it straight away.
