my players didn't score any penalty kick for the last 2 seasons

hey guys am really getting frustrated from this my players didn't score any penalty kick for the last 2 seasons i dont know what is the problem i tried more than 12 players no players scored any one of them what should i do ?

Scoring penalties in this version of FM is near on impossible for some reason. I've found even players will high penalty taking ability missing more often than scoring.
