I play a 4-1-2-1-2. I was promoted from BSN to BSP in my first year with Hyde United and since I am one of the worst teams in the BSP, I can't really afford to get out wide and risk ruininng my compact defense. Right now I am in 6th place heading into the last third of the season.

My problem is no one will pass it to my AMC. He is my best player, the highest earning, and the best passer. He is in a support role, he rarely makes runs. I have essentially made his job recieve the ball and craft out skillful passes to my strikers. I've set him as my playmaker. But upon looking at the analysis page, he will have made 8 passes while at the same time my two MCs will have made at least 35 by that same time. They complete 70-75% of them too.

How do I get them to pass it to my AMC?

what's his actual role, advanced playmaker or attacking midfielder? there might not be enough space considering you effectively have 4 players playing in the centre of midfield as well as your 2 strikers. could be any number of things really, maybe teach him to come deep for the ball?

He's an advanced playmaker. Also, I thought come deep for the ball meant make more runs. Or does it mean go back to help out a teammate?

It means he tries to drop out of the opponent's defensive line and find space in front of them in order to get more time on the ball. Any attacking playmaker without strong physical stats benefit from that PPM in my opinion, I find the tricky ones get knocked off the ball easily if they are trying to receive it when stood next to a defender.

Alright sounds good.

I ended up winning the BSP with 90 points and the FA trophy. So now I can get a better playmaker and I don't think I'll play with a AMC and 4-1-2-1-2. Im going to try out a 4-5-1 in CC L2,
