I decided to take on the challenge of managing Northampton Town. Quite a poor side but are predicted 4th in League 2. In a **** of a lot of loan debt (over 2 million). Have no transfer budget either. I have 1.5K wage budget which I will have to use wisely to bring in the best players available to the club. First friendly is against Norwich City, please follow, thanks

Callum Mcnish is unveiled!
Callum Mcnish has signed on a season long loan for Northampton Town. The 17 year old central midfeilder joins on loan from Southampton and has said he is delighted to get some first team football at such a young age.

United youngsters join
Manchester United youngsters David Gray and Corry Evans have joined Northampton Town on season long loans. Manager Ben Worthington said he was very happy to have them on board for this season. Gray and Evans are said to be very enthusiastic about the move and Sir Alex said 'It's a great move for the lads and it will benefit everyone.'

Andy Gray tips Northampton for promotion
Sky Sports pundit Andy Gray has said he think Northampton Town will be in the Coca Cola League 1 next season. He said Ben Worthington has already made some great signing which can push cash strapped Northampton up to the promotion spots. He also said that he believes Corry Evans will be key to their success in the center of the park.

Another loan signing!
Northampton manager Ben Worthington has made his fourth and final loan signing. Irishman Stephen O'Halloran joins on a season long loan from parent club Aston Villa. Ben Worthington believes the versatile defender will be the main man in the defence. O'Halloran can play either at the center of defence or on the left.
