My Striker cannot score!!

I've got 3 strikers in my first season at Southampton Osvaldo Lambert and Rodriguez they all have some great finishing stats im averaging at least 15 shots a game with 8 on target but i end up drawing the game or losing

Any Help?

I have had a lot of success with my strikers in this so far. If you don't want to give it a shot, take a look at my team tactics. Also, you will want to have at least playmaker direct pass. Passing into space will also help you a lot.
