my Tactics rubbish

Hi guys im getting annoyed because my tactics were doing ok in pre season with a draw against tottenham (put most reserves out) draw against man city same as tottenham and my only defeat was against celtic 2-1 i need help i saw a man on here the other day with a tactic where its bit like hoof ball i would be grateful if somebody could point me in the direction of him or help me with recommendations for port vale signings tatics thanks

thanks ive been there and most of them are for higher league teams and not league two.all i want is a decent footballing team thats entertaining and hardworking any recommendations guys
