I would like to give my opinion on the youth players and how to develop them.I personally don't think training is everything , first team action is vital for youth players. For example Marco Verratti is a current potential 2 star and future 4 star but when i signed him for Liverpool he scored 24 times and assisted 21 times. You can find a link on verratti's performance here :

I tend not to listen entirely to my staff and more my personal opinion and the players stats. For example i took a leap of faith with verratti as i personally love him as a player in real life and he also has good base stats for his position , stamina passing creativity. So the more he played the more his current and future ability rose , so if you scout a player and it says 3 or 4 star potential he might well have potential to be 5 star world class player with the right nurturing. Im not saying ignore your staff im just saying to take your own judgement into account and take a leap of faith every now and then as young players are going to be spine of your club in the future seasons.
Another tip is maybe play a youth player in one position every match , for example with Manchester united i will play either januzaj or jones or powell in each game so bit by bit they all gain some match experience then eventually you will learn to trust your young players either off the bench or maybe they will suprise you and out perform your first team which can often happen. For me this happened with my bayern , i signed timo werner and he out performed all my strikers scoring 21 goals in 11 games and again you can find the stats on him and what tactics i use here :

So when playing in the future instead of playing the same old way maybe take a leap of faith and try your young players or maybe spend a bit of cash on young talents , mix them in to your team bit by bit and nuture them well and you could have the next ronaldo or messi in your team
As always i appreciate any feedback and like on my profile would be much appreciated !!
