Nathan Houckham's Red & White Army!

Nathan Houckham was born on 18th may 1987. his playing career was cut short at the age of 24 by a reckless tackle.
Houckham had played for arsenal over 150 times and england 25 times. After his playing days were cut short Houckham became U18's manager at Arsenal.
Houckham was offered the Arsenal job in december 2012 after Arsene Wenger was sacked.
when Houckham took over Arsenal was in 8th place and had been knocked out of the champions league at the group stage.

Tranfers in
I brought in Davide Santon as need a new left back, Rodrigo, Iker Munian, Adam Campbell And Will Hughes the last two were signed for the future with other three going straight it to the starting 11.

Transfers out
i didn't hang around with getting rid of deadwood Chamakh, Gervinho,Djourou,Armero,Giroud,Fabianski,Squillaci and Emanuelson. All not good enough to get in my side and all on silly wage's Emanuelson and Armero was both signed by Wenger and not up to my standard.

Plans
I plan to get get top four finish this year and get to both the semi's of FA cup And Europa.
