Nation Rules

I have created a league with groups, but was just wondering, rather than being drawn into random groups, can i control who is in which group?

You can. What you need to do is

1. Create a League but don't put any teams in it
2. Create two leagues, placing the desired teams in each. Set the league in step 1 as their parent competition.
3. When setting up the league in the Nations Rules, Select "contains sub divisions" and pick the league in step 1.

Off the top of my head I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
