I'm the manager of Scotland, and Andy Carroll is eligible to play for me, but he's in the England U-20 squad, is there any way to make sure he goes for me over England? Cheers to anyone who can help.

Very doubtful. England national team > Scotland national team. I've had little success in trying to get players to accept a call up to my national team over England.

yeah he'll choose england unforunately tried it with the scots, he got calle up for england and now has 32 caps 23 goals :O
