National team management

I have chosen to make only the teams in Oceania playable. 10-12 nations that is. However, at the same time I want to be able to play as a national team manager for OTHER nations than those countries in Oceania. Let's say Angola, Peru or whatever is free at the moment. Is that possible? Do I have to have Peru as a playable nation to be able to apply for the Peru national team manager space?

I want the game to run as fast as possible, that's why I ask.
 
No i dont think so, National Teams are usually available at the start regardless of which leagues are loaded. There should be a list of the teams at manager add stage.
 
From the start?

Oh. I am in my second season now. Just the Oceania teams loaded. At the job centre I can only see Oceanian national teams looking for managers.
 
Nations

Well, if I do tht, the 12 oceanic teams + 13 other big national teams are viewable. All positions are taken though. The other 200 nations are not viewable.
