I'm planing to start a new network game with national teams on 10.3.0 patch. There is a real groups in Euro2012 quals. Also, that would go much quicker than a league, cause we can be on holidays till players calling for a next game.
Playing time would be: 20h by middle Europe time (19h in Britain) but we can agree some other time before we start the game.
