Is it possible to manage youth teams of nations?(e.g,under 21,under 19 etc)

Yeah.

Yeah. When you start a game click on england for example then go to u21 or u19 and click take control and you will get to managed them otherwise you just have to look at nations if your in game and hope some have availible jobs

I was offered the Belgium under 21 job on fm10. I had a few quality players but lost the european championships after I drew Spain and Holland in the group stage
