Hi guys, right, basic question, if a players natural fitness is high (I'm talking at least 17+), does that mean that I can give him a higher workload in training than other players?
I make my own inidivual training schedules for my West Ham players, and I'm halfway through my second season and granted, I'm happy with the progress of 99% of the squad.
This particular question came to mind when I took a look at Jackson Ramm (originally a youth player from Blackburn, who I signed in the first pre season). Now I've seen this kid turn out ok on one of my other saves, but I was getting frustrated with his progress on my training regime, he had been progressing, but only by maybe 1 or 2 points, so nothing special. Seeing as how his natural fitness is 18 and his stamina is 19, I decided to bump up his overall training to just below heavy, and next thing I know is stats jump on 9 different categories at once.
Coincidence or not then? And do I risk injuring him, or does the natural fitness stat 'allow' him to train at this level in safety?
