It's a 4231 wide, I don't know how to put screenshots.
The whole idea is about keeping going forward. Unlike counter mentality, in which players look to return the ball back and organize an attack through quick, short passing, this one is based on control mentality. With Control mentality, everyone looks to make a forward pass, first defenders pass to midfield, slightly shorter, and then midfield passes on to striker, slightly more direct. I have increased both defenders and midfielders passing range and set it to more direct. Longer passes mean we need to stretch horizontally and vertically, so I ordered them to drop deeper and play wider. Playing wider means we have more space to close down, so I ordered more closing down. Control mentality means players will be more agressive, so if they are better positioned by being deeper, they stand a greater chance of success of winning the ball. But doing that means opening a gap between our midfield and defence, so we play more fluid to cover the gap. Being so agressive with control mentality means a lot of bookings, so I use simple roles to avoid getting booked, like defensive centre backs, not central or ballplaying defenders. Since it's fluid control, the players are given a tonne of creativity to create chances to score, so all my forward players have attack duty. Lower tempo ensures that our direct passess are well connected. It's basically a simple design, fully natural, and it's best played on a big pitch.
