Necessary reputation to sign regens ?

Good morning everyone,

I'm currently playing my 2nd season as FC United in Skrill North, but somehow I cannot sign any regens outside of England, even african ones...

I was used to sign those kind of players in the previous iterations of FM and it helped me quite a lot, as most of the players I can currently recruit are godd*mn awfull.

Out of curiosity, I checked my reputation in FMRTE and it was at 1915, while other teams in my division were at 2 - 2.2k.

Do you guys know when if it's working as intended at when I'll be able to sign those players ? Do I need to be promoted a couple times ?

I think it's a combination of reputation, economy and your status in the club.
Which promotion could help on any of them.

You mean that you can not scout them, right? I guess you can still sign them!?

I cannot scout them because my scout network isn't developed enough, and I don't mind it that much, but I cannot sign them, which is my problem.

Think about it, would you move country to play football in the Skrill premier for a max of probably about ?500 a week?

Yup, especially if I'm currently earning 9? a month
