Need a DLP

I just won the champions league with Leverkusen. I need a good DLP as the only ones I have now are Rolfes and Castro. Thought Goreztka would be perfect but as I was negotiating, Bayern come in with a bigger offer and sign him :/ Anyways I need DLP with decent defensive stats and a good CA. Got 40m to spend. Ruben Pardo is probably coming in but he's just one for the future.

I need someone who would get right into the first team. Schneiderlin is at Chelsea so I doubt I can buy him. Dortmund won't sell Sahin. Could go for McCarthy... Any more suggestions?
