If you want young.. you can only find regens as real players already are aged 25 +

Try Serge Aurier quality in my Chelsea save in Season 4 and will be only 22!

We won't really be able to help you as most of the real life players will be old and retiring, your game is probably full of regens now

Well as the game drags on the current players will retire so the game creates random new players to make up for the retiring players.
