Finished the first season in 4th, scoring a **** of a lot of goals but conceding quite a few too. Now I am possibly in the Champions League, but definitely in the Europa, I need to boost my squad as it's currently small and seems to frequently get hit by injuries.
I play a 4-1-1-2-2 (4 at the back, DM - Tiote, CM - Cabaye, Two wingers with Gutierrez on the left (may need replacing) and Ben Arfa on the left (Awesome) and Cisse and Ba up front). I have only been given a 10.5m transfer budget and i think i need to invest it in defence. At the moment my back 4 is Santon at LB, Alderweireld and Coloccini at CB with Simpson at RB.
So, any ideas for a better defence and possibly a DM as well? Thanks!
