Need a free striker with less than 500 p/w wage

I need a free striker (or one that i could swap for a current one) that can score 20+ in a season. Any ideas? I'm managing Woking (A Vanarama Conference team). Have a transfer budget of 0 and not much of a wage budget. Help please.
