Need a good left winger and centre mid for Q.P.R!!!!

hey, as you can see from the title i need a good left winger and centre mid, the left winger needs to be a little pacey and good crosser, this suits ma tactics best, and i also need a strong centre mid to go along side Owen Garvan, so then Garvan has got more allowance to push up more.
Any help is thanked ^^) Also I have 14m to spend and I'm in second season on patch 9.3, I've got so much coz PSG bought Leigterwood for 5m lol

not sure about 2nd season availability but Alex from Internacional is a good shout at 5-7.5 mil, absolutely tearing it up for me first season, unfortunately Juventus has just poached him in Jan (Chairman accepts a pitiful 9.5 mil for him grr).
