Need a good regular tactic for Arsenal season 1.

Hi all, I need a good regular tactic to use for Arsenal for season 1 of the game. Sanchez is currently banging in lots of goals, but the defence is a bit sloppy. I have bought Kristoffer Ajer who is playing well with average rating of 7.49, but I think with the right tactic I can get more out of him.

I am fairly new to FM2015, so if you have a tactic for me that would be handy if I was able to download it and load it into my game.

I was given a list of young players that are good to buy and worth under 1 million, but the clubs keep asking for silly prices like 98 million or 76 million.

I'm dealing with a big team but I know your season will be(H)
 
I second jasonbhoys, Executioner is the tactic been using for last couple of saves and had great success with Arsenal and Southampton.

Thinking of starting new Arsenal save myself mate, what transfer budget do you get at the start?
 
47M if i remember rightly.

Signed Phil Jones and Khedira first season, came 2nd...but won everything 2nd season. Recommend Depay for the IF role..BEAST!!
 
I get 68 Mil with arsenal and I second depay 25 goals and 30 assist in his first season
