Need a quick explanation

So i am managing Stade Lavallois and one of my players named Julien Viale is unhappy because i dont play him on his favoured position which is Stirker (poacher)

There wouldnt be any issue that he isnt playing exactly that position (?!)

What should I do now? Move him to another position or just say F*** OFF?

nevermind, FM solved my problem, 3 days after that conversation he got injured for 5 months and by that time i will manage some other club

but seriously i still dont get it

he played 70% of all games, and every time he played he played like a striker (poacher) what is his strongest area
