He's just been bought for 35.5 mil, Transfer budget is 13mil (as QPR refused to increase percentage of transfer revenue + 4.3 to River

Still have Caulker, Doria is at Barcelona, Murillo is at Chelsea, Denswil is at Lyon and doesnt want to move

Had Okore, sold him lol because he didnt want to be behind Caulker and Balanta in the pecking order in 2015. Actually have Joshua Webb but he hasnt developed, John Stones and the rest dont want to move. I have three options though- which one would be the best?
 
From your three options Papadopoulos is slightly better now but Cardozo is better long term.

Otherwise Fabian Schar as TSK007 says ..
 
Decided to go with Cardozo as Schar was with Arsenal, Tah was with Atletico, and Sule was with Bayern
