Need a right footed left winger, and a right full back!

Just completed my first season with Newcastle and finished 6 with only 4 signings, all with my own formation and no help from anything online (chuffed) and Jonas was my 2nd top goalscorer, but I need a new left winger with better flair and enjoy cutting inside, also with good long shots... So any help with that would be most appreciated. Would like realistic targets though please, and I want Demba Ba but they wont sell him for less than 12M so I'm stumped! Oh and a good right back would be nice too, these will be my 2 main signings so they can cost like 5-7M each if thats what you can come up with! Cheers.

RB - Sime Vrsaljko - Around 4.5mil - Becomes a seriously good RB and stars out nice for 18.
RB - Sébastien Corchia - 5/6mil - Another great young RB to look for if Sime is already been bought.

AML - Personally, i've found Chris Eagles as inside striker a real goal machine, Right footed, cuts inside alot and generally has 7+ ratings, Will not cost you more then 4mil i'd imagine.

Man Toti from Salamanca for the left winger when he cuts inside onto his right foot hes deadly!In my Salamanca career in first season he got 14 in all comps and 12 assists and 2nd season up to January 15 in all comps nd 8 assists! I was constantly turning down 6m offers from Villareal and Arsenal but that was just me id say u could get him for around 3m!
