Transfer budget remaining : 111 M

I still have many transfer budget because i have become the champion of champions cup and league cup, not because i'm using cheat. And i still confused, who should i buy. . .
More importantly, I'm an amateur and sorry for the bad english.

Please help me because now i'm lying in 7th position in premier league.

Vagner Love is a nice striker but christian benitez will do the job for a less price

guys, now i'm in 2015. I already bought Federico Macheda instead of Vagner Love , Fabio Coentrao and Jack Rodwell
I need a new and fresh tactic 'cause John Obi mikel and Ramires already transfered to the other club for an amount of money

Note : i bought macheda with a cheap price 11,5 m

1.4-3-3: Cupu Final Tactic
2.4-1-2-1-2 Santos
3.Mr Hough Final Tactic For FM11.3
These 3 tactics are working for me but i recomend you to buy Hulk and Hazard they blend great into these tactis
