Need a tactic for quick strikers!!!!

Can anyone help me! I have 3 lightening quick strikers who can all also play on the wings.
Im in the championship with Burnley in 2012, and am struggling to capitalise on this pace!!
I have a solid defence and a few good centre mids, but i need a tactic to use these explosive strikers! (only real one is Scott Sinclair, other to are regens)
Any help would be great!!

Try these mate,ive just won the League 2 championship with 7 games still to play.My striker Jamie Ward is quick and has 32 goals in 39 games and15 assists.
