I am wanting to manage in a league that is pretty rubbish in europe, well not rubbish just not like england etc.

Any team in Belarus. But not BATE or Dinamo Minsk.
The best decision is Neman Grodno.

Be wisla Krakow in poland not rubbish league or team but its a good challenge

Go Ahead Eagles)))
Dutch Eerste Divisie.
Not bad team from really good town. But they play in second division.

zillina or something like that in slovakia or slovenia i forget which :P

I'm doing a save with RUOR, added the Vtoroja Liga and removed RUOR's maximum age rule, just finished 3rd in my first season in Visshaja Liga. My objective is to eventually win the Champions League, hopefully with lots of home-grown players.

MVV (Maastricht) in the dutch 2nd division has nice youth players in the youth squad at start and I find it easy to meet the board demands so far, playing all the good youth players in the regular first team.

Shatalov hasn't developed that well, but at the start was the one with the best potential in the time. I've basically bought my way out of the leagues, buying young players from bigger teams. I financed the shopping sprees with loads of friendlies in New Zealand. Also that name doesn't sound too familiar, could have been the team I replaced RUOR with.

cork city i think u need to get promoted from first division as well which is weird coz cork is 1 of the big irish clubs but has fallen on financial hard times, ex players such as kevin doyle shane long david meyler john o flynn joe gamble

Download the Faroese Premier League, and be the manager of HB!
A big and wealthy club, in a very small league !! :)
You can buy your ways to success in the first season ;)
