I have tried to get Quintero but he cant get a work permit, i need a 20+ goal a season striker for 10 million or less, any suggestions would help.

Probably unlikely but moussa sow might sign. Ruben rochina from Blackburn could probably be prolific in the spl. Can be iffy but when he hits form he plays really well.
