Need a winning tactic for QPR!

I managed the club for 3 months and its december and I'm still first in the league but now I'm struggling against the likes of Blackburn and Wigan. I bought Jordi Gomez and Adam Lallana during the summer window and that's what my starting 11 looks like

If its a tactical issue, then I would do the following.

- Play wider
- Hassle
- exploit the flanks
- Stay on feet
- Pass to feet
- Work ball into the box
- Not playing on the counter

in short, use more of the width and in a more probing and patient mannor.
