Need abit of help.

This is the 1st FM game ive got on pc. I have been playing the handheld versions of 2008 and 09. Im wondering do you get to unlock extra features like on FMH. For example, on FMH when you buy a certain amount of players who need work permits, you then have the option to turn work permits off.
Sorry if this is in the wrong place i wasnt sure where to put it

Im not aware of anything like that on PC.

FM Handheld was/is designed as a more arcade-y type game, with those kind of unlocks being nice distractions from the limitations of a the DB, match engine, level of detail etc on the PSP.

FM2010 on the PC is a football simulation, its designed to be as realistic as possible, so unfortunately that kind of thing (unlockable 'cheats') arent available. If you install via steam there are steam achivements to aim for though.

ok, thanks, i wish there was a way of getting rid of the 4 foreign players rule in france
I found a great regen who cannot be in my squad due to edin dzeko, lisandro lopez, sanchez and jovetic
