on what training should i put a player if a his weaknesses it apears that the player has poor intelligence on the football pitch...depends of his position?i have a lot of young players with this kind of weaknesses...how can i fix that?

Intelligence tends to be Mental stats which are hard to train. Depends on his position, for example..

Defender - Anticipation, composure, determination, bravery, decisions
Midfielder - Creativity, Flair, off the ball, work rate
Striker - composure, flair, positioning

Tactics would be the main training schedule to increase. However composure goes with shoot and creativity goes with attacking.
Composure can be taught through PPMs. Another way would to have the player tutored by someone in the same position with high mental stats.

Only things i can think of atm, try using some of the training guides on here. :)

Majority of mental stats are EARNED not TRAINED. Influence is considered by many a 'Static' attribute yet it will increase with age and success (Make a player your captain and win alot and his Influence will slowly increase)

Most Mental Attributes naturally increase with age and experience.

and through tutoring, get your best players with better mental stats than him to tutor him (select 1st option or the 2nd option, this will pass on determination, work rate, team work, anticipation, influence, personality and PPM's)

creativity cannot be taught, only trained! put him on a high tactical traning schedule!

You can not train creativity thru tactical training. Well, you can, but high attacking training is more efficient than tactical training. At least for creativity. Everything else have been said :)
