I am bath boss and i am sitting 10th in the league and i was just wondering how long will it take to get out of the bsp just so i know but also my players are not happy with a team talk i gave them what should i do

You can do it straight away with the right signings(free) and try to get some squad depth. Also have a squad meeting it might help improve their morale

It all depends how you manage your team and also how well you manage your season. It could take you 1 season or it could take you 10, It just depends.

If your players are not happy with team talks, this could be down to Morale. If your team are losing games, players wont like your team talks because they think it will make them worse.

Try praising them a bit. Tell them you expect to win games against teams at the bottom of the table, tell them theres no pressure or for the fans against teams at the top and tell them you expect a win/for the fans against teams around you. Also try doing individual team talks. Certain players could be getting upset so try giving a team talk to certain individuals.
