I am starting my second season at WBA and need an assistant manager as my old ones contract ran out and was rubbish. Been looking around and cant find anybody decent who wants to come or who i can offer enough wages for.

I've got 100k spare wages but cant offer enough to tempt them.

try this german one called henke cant remember first name is quality mate or tony cotton

Colin Cooper, or Coper, not sure, is great *** man. Great Tactical and motivation stats, solid judging stats, + he has 4,5 stars for defending. Best *** man i've ever had.

Michael Henke. I'd personally go for Terry McDermott, Rodolfo Borrell (great potential but might cost a bit more than 100k to prize him from Liverpool), Massimo Neri or Colin Cooper

Before looking around have a look at your current staff. There might be someone perfect for the job already at your club in a different role who you can promote to assistant manager.

Dan Ashworth could do the job, but I doubt he'll accept an Assistant Manager role - besides, he's one of the best youth coaches in the game...

try ray wilkins, i always get him when im a decent prem team
