Need an unbeatable tactic for fm 2011

Hi everyone, i need your help. I had the mr hough tactic for fm 2010 (4-1-2-3) and in 5 seasons with newcastle i got promoted, then qualified for europe every season in the prem, won the league twice and won the champions league.
However now on fm 2011 that tactic is no longer that effect and i wonder if anyone has a unbeatable tactic for fm 2011 which will bring me as much success as i had on fm2010.

If anyone could share there unbeatable tactics with me (e.g. winning the league with a average prem club like newcastle) i would be very greatful.

Depends.

If you like winger tactics I recommend JP Woody's V5 and V5.1 (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=3752).
