Need British/irish BWM

Hi there!

Im doing a save with United, but i just use the current team and can only buy british/irish players.

I have already bought Bale and Wilshere but i dont have a class BWM, except Carrick, which i think is not suited, but it's the best i have, for the moment.

Any advice?

you already have fletcher there as well. Allen, Milner, rodwell, McCarthy.
 
McCarthy, Milner, Rodwell and Allen have all done amazing in my FM13 save with Man City and my tips to you is either McCarthy as hes cheep and good, ignore youre scouts rating as hes been one of my key players despite only having 2* ca or get Allen as hes really good(but not cheep) unfortunatly i doubt youle be able to get the other two as they play for Man City
 
Fletcher is way more class than Carrick as a BWM and as a midfielder in general.

Will buy McCarthy and Allen :D The other 2 will come back someday as City prefers foreigns
 
i think he comes back after 6 months...

until then I would just play Jones in that position...
 
yep. Phil Jones has everything that you'll need in a BWM... decent passer and decision making, great tackler, hard worker, strong.

His positioning could do with a bit of work but that'll improve with age. Phil Jones isn't a long term solution but until Darren Fletcher comes back, I would have little hesitation playing Jones in that role.
