Need Data Editor Help

Go to post #3, that is what im trying to do but ive never touched data editor before so im clueless, coz to me, he isn't explaining it well. (i.e step by step which is what I need). Like how do I extract with the editor? :S

If anyone can help me, i'd appreciate it.
