i got it and there is no german.ltc in

Languages Sports Interactive officially release:

Czech
Danish
Dutch
English-UK
English-US
French
Italian
Korean
Norwegian
Polish
Portuguese
Russian
Spanish
Swedish

Meaning if you got a German language pack you have used an unofficial language pack from a torrent site to play in German on your genuine version of the game. Patching will reset the game to official settings, removing the German language.

Or even worse you have used a language pack to fix your pirated Russian version of the game.
