Need good working tactic!! SOS!

Hey, im manchester city, i have the likes of fabregas, hamsik, marcelo, maicon, balotelli, tevez, adebayor, camacho and sakho.

Im currently using 4-3-3 from a tactic i found on here but am struggling, losing to the likes of liverpool 3-0 at home.

so i would like a new fresh tactic. can anybody help me?
