Need help!! - beginner

I bet this is a stupid question but it has frustrated me for the last hour!! Whenever I search for players like Kadlec, Fierro, Teixeria, Sidney Sam, or other young potential talents nothing comes up in my search. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this?

Top right hand corner there is a search bar type their names in there and they will come up . The search you use is based on your team/scouts knowledge so "unknown" players to your team will not show.
