Need help by my 4-1-2-3 tactics

Hi all

Well I decided to create a 4-1-2-3 tactics, with 3 FC's. Well I was wondering whar roles should I give the 3 FC's? I gave the left and right one attack rolles (poacher and advanced forward), and the middle one the support rolle (defensive forward). Am I on the right track? Need some help from the tactic wizes on this forum

Well I play Alaves in the Spanish B2. I don't have any known strikers.
