Need help finding a few players!

I am playing as Wolves and in my first season I won promotion. I singed Wellington Nem who was dominating for me, and went out and got Erick Torres and play him at ST, and he scored 20 goals in rotation.

Now that I'm in the Premier League, I want to plug 2 big holes I have. I need a AML and a FB, either side. My total transfer budget is 13m pounds. Any advice?

Matthias Ostrzolek as a LB, he turns out to be quite good. I don't know how good Scott Sinclair is on this one, but if you can get him on the cheap, I would definitely recommend buying him and using him as an IF on the left.
